Pre-Fired Clay Tandoor. Our clay tandoors are made from naturally occurring, locally mined clays mixed with water. They contain nothing else—no chemical additives or coatings. After the clay is shaped into a tandoor, it is then fired to 2,000°F, a two-day process making the ovens completely clean, sanitary, and inert with unparalleled strength. 100% clay tandoor, pre-fired to 1,000℃ for unparalleled strength, durability and sanitation. Unlike other tandoors, contains no horsehair or straw in the clay. Perfect for commercial custom installations where the customer desires complete design control.
