Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hōmdoor.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All orders are shipped via Common Carrier, LTL (Less than Truck Load).
- They are shipped in a crate measuring from: 30 x 36 x 30 to 40 x 46 x 40. Parcels of this size require full size semi-tractor trailer delivery, and when delivering to a residence, must use services for a lift gate and a scheduled appointment.
- The Freight company will unload the parcel, and drop at the curbside of the delivery address.
- The driver of the delivery truck is NOT responsible for moving the parcel to the residence.
- A working day time phone number must be provided, as the freight company will call to make the delivery. The Freight company is a third party, and is not owned by the shipper.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Homdoor does not ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hōmdoor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Inspect parcel thoroughly. Open crate to inspect product prior to signing acceptance of the parcel.
- Hōmdoor is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Any damage to the parcel or contents of the container must be marked on the delivery ticket.
- The consignee is responsible to noting damage prior to the departure of the delivery truck driver.
- Any damage noted after the delivery of the parcel is not the responsibility of the shipper (Hōmdoor Sales or Superior Clay Corp.) and will not be refunded or replaced.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items.
Arrangement of shipping the return is exclusively the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
